rt2570 & aireplay crash on fakeauth when hw mac set to fake mac

Check that you are on the correct channel.  IE The wireless card is set to the access point channel:

iwlist <interface name> channel

If you are on the wrong channel, aireplay-ng will just hang and not output anything.
