Pause injection option

I've been using this nice suite since the beginning of the project, and I use it very frequently. I teach it. So I have nothing to criticy about this project. Thank you for you incredible effort.

I would like to suggest to have a better controll in the penetration testing to put a key as an option to pause and to continue injection in aireplay-ng, since sometimes it will help to control the communication with the ap, maybe to get better authenticated and associated when you get dissasociated.

Another key option that will help testing could be maybe the + and - key to increase and decrease injection speed or ratio!

Although not quite perfect, you can achieve your goal in the short with the existing aireplay-ng.  It has the "-r <file name>" option that allows you to read a file as input instead of packets from the wireless card.  To pause, stop aireplay-ng then restart later using the interactive option and point -r at the saved packet from the initial injection.  You can do the same thing to change speed by using -x in subsequent runs.
