ciao a tutti:Volevo chiedervi come mai aircrack e' cosi lento a recuperare i pacchetti,
io avvio aircrack metto i dati necessari poi metto in monitor mode e poi avvio recupero iv ma e' tutto lento ....io lo provo con il mio wifi ed sul mio pc fisso ho pure acceso un programma p2p quindi di dati ne passano, vi metto la fotodel monitor mode,(i pacchetti vanno di 5 in 5...per farne 5000 ci vuole qualche ora) dove sbaglio?

I launch aircrack put the necessary data then put into monitor mode and then start recovering IV and has' very slow .... I tried it with my wifi on my pc and I have also fixed on a P2P data will then pass, I put my fotodel monitor mode (packets are of 5 in 5 ... for 5000 it takes a few hours) where am I wrong?

well first of all you have 5 mode monitor interfaces
mon0 to mon5 so kill those with airmon-ng
then after that you would want to kill all the processes that airmon-ng mentions.. they may/could interfear with sniffing packets...

ok, grazie, mi aiuteresti?? come faccio a disabilitare gli altri monitor mode??? io uso wlan0 di solito ,poi ti posto ifconfig grazie
OK, thanks, you help me? How do I disable the other monitor mode?? I usually use wlan0, then you place with ifconfig

quindi secondo te devo intallare madwifi e istallare i driver ? cavolo si fa difficile......

dunque ho istallato madwifi da synaptic e poi ho disabilitato la scheda wifi ed ho attivato quella di madwifi su driver haedware pero' quando metto in monitor mode ho sempre lo stesso problema....troppe cose assime ci sono

ciao e grazie hai ragione ho sbagliato... i miei driver con patch sono quelli che mi hai indicato tu??? ok? ath5k - FOSS driver for Atheros A/B/G/Super-G cards quello dei link.. per istallarli ho scritto nel terminale wgett http://patches.aircrack-ng.org/ath5k-injection-2.6.27-rc2.patch e si sono istallati,credo, ma quando attivo airmon-ng mi esce sempre troppe cose che vanno in conflitto credo...come faccio a toglierle? porta pazienza::: |

Ciao persico1, - Questo non è un argomento nuovo. - Per bloccare i processi segnalati da Airmon-ng, li devi Killare.(interrompere). OK, so I was messing around with Aircrack and all typically related programs. airodump, aireplay, etc...
I actually got it all to work, which was pretty cool
But now that I have done all that, I cant connect to any of my wireless networks anymore. They dont even show up when I click on the network icon up top.
I use Ubuntu 9.04 UNR. Acer Aspire One with an Atheros card.
Any chance I can get some help without having to re-install Ubuntu?

io avevo risolto con tasto dx sul pc in alto a dx del desktop,e ho disabilitato wifi o rete,altrimenti devi cercare il comando per riattivare il wifi che ti e' rimasto in monitor mode probabilmente
