Hello
I'm interested for initialization of packet capturing.
How i read in odep/linux.c,  function do_linux_open() open 3 raw sockets. But in many cases, airodump-ng use only one.
Okay, dev->fd_main used with IPW2200-devices. But i see an assignment after openraw(): dev->fd_in = dev->fd_out; Without fd_in closing. It is really leak?

PS. Sorry for my english.

use the code from svn, then make a difference between 2 revisions: r2903 and r2904.

Subversion manual can help you do that.

Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place.
Where should I be able to find the patches you mention?

Thank you.

Hi all.
Today while casually scanning the networks around me with airodump-ng
I have noticed that on one device the probe attribute contained the name
the AP it is connected to but also the password.

as you can see there is a "sh****" which is the AP's name and a "05..." which is the password.
Does anyone have an idea on what and why did it happened?
if it helps then the router's manufacture is "ADB Broadband Italia" and
the connected device is a huawei device.
